Hi, I’m Courtney Lea, the founder and CEO of Courtney Lea LLC, a boutique consulting agency specializing in leadership development, organizational growth, and transformational change. With over two decades of experience spanning K-12 education, higher education, and the nonprofit sector, I have dedicated my career to empowering leaders and teams to create inclusive, high-impact environments.

As a seasoned executive, I have guided organizations through transformational change, coached school and district leaders in fostering equity-centered leadership, and designed strategic initiatives that drive meaningful progress. My expertise includes leadership effectiveness, team development, change management, and public speaking.

As a professionally trained coach and member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), I bring a people-centered approach to my work, helping individuals and teams navigate complex challenges with clarity and confidence.

I hold a B.A. in Politics and Religious Studies, an M.A. in English Language and Literature, and an M.A.Ed in Educational Leadership and Supervision. Whether leading large-scale initiatives, coaching executives, or facilitating organizational change, I am committed to helping leaders unlock their full potential.
